Keystone Chiropractic is pleased to offer both massage therapy as well as neuromuscular therapy to our patients and clients.
What is the difference?
- Massage therapy is used to address abnormal (but common) dysfunctions of various muscle groups in the body whereas neuromuscular therapy addresses not only the dysfunction of various muscle groups but, the physiology behind what is causing the muscle dysfunction in the first place.
We have several professional male and female licensed neuromuscular/massage therapists that treat our patients and clients for an array of different conditions.
We offer:
* Clinical Reflexology
* Aromatherapy
* Integrated Sports Massage
* Swedish Massage
* Pregnancy Massage
* Hot Stone Massage
* Deep Tissue Massage
* Neuromuscular Therapy
* Some health insurance plans cover neuromuscular/massage therapy for chiropractic patients, however, most plans do not include this benefit.
** Massage therapy clients are not required to become chiropractic patients in order to receive neuromuscular therapy/massage therapy services.
*** Please note that appointments must be made in advance for neuromuscular/massage therapy (usually 24 hours is fine). If you have to miss your scheduled appointment, please contact our office 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
